Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting & TaxManager to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This job is based in Cikarang Selatan, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with PSAK and company policies.
• Monitor and control inventory accounting, costing, and COGS reporting for manufacturing activities.
• Manage all tax matters including PPh, PPN, and other statutory obligations.
• Review and submit monthly and annual tax reports accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
• Provide tax planning strategies to optimize compliance and efficiency.
• Implement and strengthen internal controls within finance and tax functions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting & tax team.
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure ERP/accounting systems are properly maintained for reliable data and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or Brevet A & B is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and taxation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and manufacturing accounting.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or other manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
