Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards. Responsible in preparing and analyzing monthly and annual financial statements. Manage tax-related activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Handle correspondence and discussions with the Tax Office, including responding to SP2DK and other tax-related queries. (a must) Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government institutions when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in a managerial or assistant manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and hands‑on experience in dealing with SP2DK and tax office discussions.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting system and Microsoft Excel (Proficient in Million system is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
