Responsibilities
- Tax preparation and planning: Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns, estimate tax liabilities, and recommend tax strategies to minimize liabilities and improve financial outcomes.
- Financial record maintenance: Organize, maintain, and update financial records, including ledgers, financial statements, and databases.
- Financial reporting: Create periodic financial reports, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements, and present financial data to management, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Budgeting: prepared yearly budget and coordinate with related department.
- Compliance and analysis: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax laws, analyze financial discrepancies, and perform risk analysis.
- Data management: Input and manage financial data using accounting software, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Audit: Responsible for Internal and External Audit.
- Manage Accounting & Finance Team.
Required skills and qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
- Experience: Proven work experience in Accounting, Finance & Tax.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software (SAP S/4Hanna /ECC6) and strong computer literacy, especially with MS Excel.
- Soft skills: Excellent analytical, numerical, and time management skills are important, along with a keen attention to detail.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as a Certified Accountant (CA) will be advantageous.
- Certifications: Brevet A, B and C certification.
