Job summary

PT In Fashion, Bali's fashion goods manufacturer for American customers, seeks an Accounting Supervisor to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. Located in Bali, you will work with multiple departments to enhance processes and provide insightful financial analysis.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (Master’s or CPA preferred), 3+ years of experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA is a plus).
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Familiar with all taxes.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Fluency in written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Doing day-to-day accounting operations.
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor AP/AR.
• Maintain accounting journal, general ledger, balance sheet, and PL.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in general financial management and analysis.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the annual budgeting process and monitor budget-to-actual performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and efficiency.
