About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff & Manager. PT Medisi Marketmaker Internasional is located in South Jakarta and we are selling products from Korea. We have 2 business sectors, hair care part and dental part.

We are importing & selling products from Korea. We've started to sell hair brand called Headspa7 since last year, and also selling high quality dental products.

This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-quality financial accounting and reporting services related to tax.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices from customers and partners
• Preparing & creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Continuously improve accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a similar industry
• Proficient in the use of ERP such as Ecount
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
