Japfa is seeking a meticulous Accounting Staff to join the CF Lengkong team. You will support the accounting department with invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate record-keeping for a diversified agribusiness.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, familiarity with SAP/Accurate and Excel, and strong attention to detail. You will work collaboratively to maintain compliant financial processes across production and distribution units in Indonesia.

Qualificações

• Experience in an accounting role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SAP and Accurate, plus Excel.

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accounting Staff member to join our CF Lengkong team. This role is responsible for supporting the accounting department with various financial tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Handle petty cash management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Accurate, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
