Job summary

A growing financial services company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily financial transactions, assist in financial reporting, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Fresh graduates are welcome, and experience in ecommerce is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years experience is a plus.
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Prepare and process invoices and payment vouchers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash regularly.
  • Maintain financial documents for audit and compliance.

Job description

Record daily financial transactions (cash, bank, sales, and purchases) accurately and timely.

Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and reimbursement documents.

Reconcile bank statements and petty cash on a regular basis.

Maintain and organize financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including balance sheet and income statement.

Support tax filing processes (PPN, PPh) and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Coordinate with other departments to collect required financial data.

Perform administrative tasks related to finance and accounting.

Assist the Accounting Supervisor/Manager in any ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Handling ecommerce would be advantage

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years experience is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate).
