Job summary

A popular coffee chain is looking for an Accounting Staff to manage technical and administrative accounting tasks. You will maintain accounting records, validate transactions, and prepare reports while supporting administrative duties. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience, and familiarity with Financial Accounting Standards. Exposure to SAP is advantageous. Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records filing and documentation system.
• Check and validate accounting transaction as procedure and guidelines.
• Track transactional account and cost / expense.
• Execute reconciliation process as standard and procedure.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for superior or other users as requested.
• Support administrative duties for division project implementation.

Skills

Strong basic knowledge in Accounting
