Job summary

HIVE is seeking an Accounting Staff to record and process daily financial transactions in line with SAK, prepare journals and ledgers, and execute monthly and annual closings. The role includes fixed asset control, depreciation calculations, and tax report support, with document archiving and audit coordination.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 1 year of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Accurate or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 1 year of experience.
• Familiarity with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) in recording transactions.
• Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly/annual closings.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF) and ERP software.
• Accustomed to using accounting software such as Accurate or similar ERP systems.

Job description

Record and process all daily financial transactions accurately, systematically, and in a timely manner in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).

Prepare general journals, general ledger, and perform periodic reconciliations of bank, cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounts.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including supporting the closing process.

Perform control of company fixed assets along with depreciation calculations.

Assist in preparing tax reports and coordinate with the tax team when necessary.

Archive financial documents and ensure the completeness of supporting transaction proof.

Support the external audit process by providing necessary data and documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance with at least 1 year of experience as an Accounting Staff.

Familiar and be able to apply Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) in recording transactions.

Accustomed to performing reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly/annual closing processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, and other formulas) and familiar with accounting software such as Accurate or similar ERP systems.
