Job description

Responsibilities

• Recording and reconciling financial transactions
• Preparing sales lists, accounts receivable and accounts payable data
• Assisting with cash flow forecasting
• Verifying tax data and inputting it into the Coretax system
• Preparing documents for financial and tax audits
• Submitting reports to Bank Indonesia and the Tax Office
• Monitoring inventory and consumable usage
• Verifying e-toll and cash advance usage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting
• Having work experience in the same field at least 2 years preferably in manufacturing company
• Understanding journals, listings and aging, trial balance (TB), profit and loss (P/L), and balance sheet (B/S)
• Understanding tax regulations and Coretax application
• Understanding the computer literature such us : Ms. Office, email, internet and others
• Strong analytical and communication skills
