OttoDigital Group in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage weekly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit support. The role emphasizes accuracy, controlling petty cash, and timely financial reporting to management.

You will liaise with external auditors, prepare financial statements, and deliver ad-hoc reports, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Prior background in the Data Center industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience acting as a liaison with external auditors.
• Proven capability in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and post weekly journal entries into the accounting system alongside appropriate supporting documentation.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee petty cash replenishments, expense settlements, and advance payment processes.
• Prepare and coordinate audit documentation and data requests for external auditors.
• Assist in generating financial reports and deliver ad-hoc reports as required by management.
