BDO Indonesia invites applications for an Associate - Accounting Services role based in Sampoerna Strategic Square, Jakarta. You will analyze financial data, improve accounting processes, and deliver practical solutions for clients.

You will gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, internal controls, client advisory, and project execution while collaborating with experienced professionals across industries. English and Bahasa Indonesia skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a GPA of at least 3.00/4.00.
• Internship experience at accounting or consulting firms is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with clients to identify sources of financial data and determine the best way to gather and process it.
• Help clients develop, implement, and maintain financial control procedures.
• Identify complex accounting problems related to workflow processes.
• Suggest the best solution to identify accounting problems.
• Interact with clients and team members for month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure the accounting process is performed with technical proficiency, timely, and in line with professional standards.
• Participate in client or target meetings and discussions under supervision.
• Manage project documentation and maintain clear, organized workpapers.
