Job summary

A real estate development company in Jakarta is looking for a financial manager to handle bank transactions, reconcile statements, and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Accounting, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills are required. Knowledge of the property industry is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Updated knowledge of accounting standards.

  • Make timely and accurate bank transfers.
  • Request daily Bank Statement and report balance to Financial Manager.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Responsibilities
  • Make bank transfer timely and accurately.
  • Keep in good relationship with each Bank Manager.
  • Request or download daily Bank Statement and Report Balance to Financial Manager.
  • Monthly reconcile the company’s bank statements in‑time.
  • Issue invoices/receipt according to company work demand.
  • Record financial booking daily accurately and on‑time.
  • Make monthly analysis of Balance Sheet in Booking System.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage and record the general ledger, development cost and cost release.
  • Assist with the audit process conducted by external auditors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned (not limited to Financial Cloud Operation).
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Accounting.
  • Good communication skills in English; speaking Mandarin is a plus.
  • Updated knowledge of accounting standards.
