Qualifications

Job description

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to company and PSAK standards.

Ensure accuracy of general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Monitor cash flow, perform cash flow forecasting, and provide recommendations for financial optimization.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Lead the preparation of annual budgets for all departments.

Analyze budget vs. actual performance and present variance analysis reports to management.

Strengthen internal control systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Tax Compliance

Oversee tax obligations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc.).

Ensure timely tax filing and coordinate with tax advisors when needed.

Audit & Compliance

Prepare audit documents and coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Ensure all financial processes comply with corporate policies and regulations.

Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting & finance team.

Manage task distribution and ensure team performance aligns with company goals.

Coordinate with operations, procurement, HR, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate transaction data.

Act as the main liaison with the Head Office in China, including meetings and reporting in Mandarin.

System & Process Improvement

Develop and update finance & accounting SOPs.

Enhance utilization of ERP/Accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Accurate, etc.).
