A reputable recruitment company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage monthly reports, taxation duties, and financial audit processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, over 15 years of experience, and expertise in tax examination. Strong skills in accounting software like SAP or ERP are essential. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Utara.
To create Monthly Report (Statement of Account, Contract Summary, Details of General Expenses & Details of Non Operating Income/Expenses); To create Sales & Profit - Target Report (Statement of Account, Contract Summary, Details of General Expenses & Details of Non Operating Income/Expenses and Rate of Indirect Cost Reserve); To create Account Schedule (quarterly closing purpose); To create and preparing financial data regarding Investment Activities Report (LKPM Purposes); To prepare data/supporting docs related TP Doc Local & and do checking on draft of TP Doc (Local File & Master File); To prepare data/supporting docs for monthly BOD Meeting purpose; To prepare data and supporting documents related Corporate Income Tax Return (CITR) and do checking on the draft CIT Report inline with Audited FS and make sure Tax Consultant submitted as following deadline of Tax Regulations; To request Proposal to the Audit Firm in terms of auditing fee of financial statements, to request proposals to tax consultant in terms of service fee for preparing Corporate Income Tax Returns and Transfer Pricing Documents; To check journals entry (payment, billing, receiving, and adjustment on incorrect classification) on company transaction (Project Code and Name, Client, Award, Subcontractor, Working Budget, PO, Tax ID and Tax Certification of Subcontractor) and completeness of the approval; To check Cut Off Interest Report for journal purposes; To check Letter of Audit Confirmation of Bank Balance, BG Balance, and Account Receivable, and to provide data requested from Auditor and Tax Consultant; To check Letter of Audit Confirmation of Account Payable, Paid in Capital Shareholders, and Golf Club Membership, and to provide data requested by Auditor & Tax Consultant; To review Progress Project Report for Quarterly & Yearly Closing Book & Closing Project Report; To check journal on vouchers supported by adequate supporting documents; To create and check reconciliation report of tax base amount between Corporate Income Tax Return Report & Monthly Tax Report and Ledger (in the event of any Tax Examination or Tax Audit).
To review the completeness data of Fixed Assets, and together with Accounting Chief/Staff do incharge on Physical Check at Head Office and Site Office and report the result to Superior;
To ensure the journals entry for closing book purposes have been entered into the Accounting System (benefit cost, BPJS health and social worker insurance, depreciation, salary standard, lease depreciation, VAT account offset, THR & Bonus (if any), OCI (if any), Trade Debtor and WIP Job Creditor and Contract Asset and Liabilities reclass as of March 31, and reversal of the Contract Asset and Liabilities journal next year);
To ensure all vouchers have been filed properly and arranged in storage locations, and collaborate with the general affairs section, as one of the PICs for collecting vouchers during tax audits, internal control, and internal audits;
To properly file all documents related to job description (softcopy and hardcopy);
To assist Superior in collecting or summarizing data in connection with the preparation of reports desired by HQ;
To assist Superior, related work if Subordinate is not present
