Job description

Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the Accounting and Finance team.

Develop and oversee the implementation of efficient internal financial policies and procedures.

Accounting & Specialized Retail Reporting:

Oversee all daily accounting processes up to monthly and annual book closing, ensuring adherence to Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).

Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Supervise the daily sales reconciliation from various physical outlets and e-commerce platforms.

Ensure accuracy in recording Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Inventory valuation.

[REVISED] Manage all internal financial documentation and ensure readiness for reviews.

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:

Lead the annual Budgeting process, including revenue projection per outlet and retail operational costs.

Perform in-depth financial analysis (e.g., Gross Margin and Net Margin analysis) to provide strategic insights to management.

Manage and optimize the dynamic company Cash Flow Management.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance:

Oversee and take full responsibility for all corporate tax obligations.

[REVISED] Act as the primary liaison, coordinating documentation, data, and compliance tasks with the External Tax Consultant.

Ensure timely and accurate calculation, payment, and reporting of taxes as per Indonesian regulations.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role, preferably within the Retail, Distribution, or F&B industry.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of accounting standards and accounting treatment for Inventory and COGS.

In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations.

Proven experience working effectively with external tax consultants and managing tax compliance coordination.

Proficient in accounting/ERP software, especially those integrated with Point-of-Sale (POS) or multi-outlet management systems.

Proven leadership and team development capabilities.

Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.

Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and possess strong decision-making skills.
