Accounting Assistant Manager - Automotive - Cikarang (C-124574)

Our client is a Japanese automotive company. Currently, they are looking for an Accounting Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed asset management.
• Handle tax audits and compliance, ensuring all documentation and reporting meet local regulations and deadlines.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Develop and implement internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluation for accounting team members.
• Collaborate with management to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
