Job summary

A company in the marine industry based in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage consolidation and elimination of accounting records, prepare financial statements according to PSAK, and perform tax planning. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields and a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably within manufacturing. Proficiency in SAP and Ms. Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP and proficiency in Ms. Excel.

Responsibilities

• Do consolidation and elimination of accounting records for the company and subsidiaries.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
• Analyze all accounts in accounting records.
• Perform tax planning and act as PIC for tax audits.

KTU has been in the marine industry for more than 30 years. It was originally established in 1983 as a humble marine workshop at Jalan Kakap in Jakarta. A shipyard in Marunda was soon acquired with its initial focus on wooden fishing vessels. KTU evolved and built another shipyard at Sagulung in 1990 and Sekupang in 1992. The rapid growth is primarily due to the strong demand and trust in KTU products and service. Both shipyards are supported by various operational facilities, skilled workforce and extensive constructional sites up to international standards.
