Job Description

This role combines core accounting responsibilities with financial analysis and reporting. You will support senior leadership by delivering accurate financial reports, insightful analysis, and reliable execution of accounting processes. Designed to provide hands‑on exposure across both operational and strategic finance, this position is ideal for professionals looking to deepen their expertise in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and global environment.

Responsibility
  • Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including revenue recognition, variance analysis, weekly sales metrics, and financial forecasts for senior management.
  • Lead or contribute to the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis, including sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, and translating raw data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights for decision‑making.
  • Prepare executive‑ready materials by converting financial data and analysis into clear, structured presentations and summaries (e.g., decks, reports).
  • Perform day‑to‑day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations (e.g., payroll, bank, cash, credit card), and cash flow monitoring.
  • Handle compliance and closing activities, such as tax filings, audit preparation, internal control documentation, and monthly/quarterly closing processes.
  • Assist in the roll‑forward of monthly financials and maintain planning files aligned with reporting cycles.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in accounting processes, reporting, and system efficiency.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
Qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of combined experience in accounting and financial analysis, including financial modelling, reporting, and month‑end close activities.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and financial modelling.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to structure and present complex financial content in a clear and executive‑ready format.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including creating dashboards, automating reporting, and modelling data for analysis and presentation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Acumatica, Accurate, or SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; able to work in a fully English‑speaking environment.
  • Positive, growth‑oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, intellectually demanding, and client‑focused environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills. Able to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and build strong working relationships.
  • Available to work overlapping with US working hours.
  • Available to join ASAP.
Basic Job Requirements
  • Conform to our values: honest with integrity, humble, respectful, and fair, committed, and has exceptional analytical skills.
  • Structured thinker: Capable of providing structure and order to what is often a vast amount of information; successful candidates do not lose sight of the high‑level strategy and organize thoughts and activities in a logical manner.
  • Results‑oriented: The successful candidate carefully examines the intended impact of action and understands that our firm’s activities must lead to actions, which in turn lead to measurable results for both our clients and our firm.
  • Team player: Thrives on engaging in discussion with colleagues to develop impactful solutions; reaches out proactively to others for input; works as a thought partner.
