Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Cikarang. This is a hands‑on role where you will oversee the company’s accounting and finance operations, ensure compliance, and support management in driving accurate financial reporting and smooth daily processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and close monthly and annual financial statements.
• Oversee accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and reconciliations.
• Review and process supplier invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, and payments.
• Review and process sales invoices and sales orders to customers.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare management reports.
• Maintain audit schedules for balance sheet and profit & loss accounts.
• Prepare annual tax computations and liaise with tax agents.
• Supervise and guide a small team of admin and accounting staff, ensuring compliance with accounting practices and standards.
• Provide support in administrative matters and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
