About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to join our dynamic team at Yayasan Santoso. As an Accounting professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and reporting for our organization. This full-time position is based in our office in West Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Reconcile accounts and investigate any discrepancies
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision‑making
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role
