Job summary

Synergy Pro Business Consulting in Bali is seeking an accounting specialist to handle daily financial records and tax-related tasks. The role requires experience with Xero, journal entries, and bank reconciliations, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, supporting monthly tax processes, and coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and/or tax.
• Strong experience in accounting activities including transaction recording, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
• Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2) Final, PPh 26, VAT).
• Experience in preparing or reviewing tax calculations and supporting documents.
• Familiar with Xero accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily income and expense transactions in Xero and spreadsheets accurately and timely.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial transaction recaps and ensure data completeness.
• Review invoices, receipts, and documents for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure matched and recorded transactions.
• Identify discrepancies between internal records, invoices, and bank statements.
• Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents.
• Assist in preparing financial reports (cash flow, expense, sales/purchase recaps).
• Support monthly tax preparation and reconciliation (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2) Final, PPh 26, VAT).
• Able to report LKPM.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Support improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
