About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting professional to join our growing team at PT. Jung Shim Indonesia, a leading company operating in Bekasi, West Java. As an Accounting specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and compliance of our organisation. This is a full‑time position based in our Bekasi office.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Responsible for the accuracy and timely submission of all statutory and regulatory financial reports
• Performing account reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting transactions
• Assisting with the month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision‑making
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the Akuntansi & Pelaporan Finansial industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK) and Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK)
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
