Overview

An accountant's role encompasses managing and executing the organization's accounts payable functions, payment processing and ensuring all payment compliance accounting principles, timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of vendor invoices between system vs supporting documentation
• Schedule and process payments, including checks and electronic transfers
• Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely disbursements and avoid late fees
• Address and resolve payment discrepancies and issues with vendors
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments voucher and other accounts payable documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Min 1 years of accounting experience or fresh graduate are welcome
• Target oriented
• Experience in ERP system
• Understanding of tax fundamentals
• Able to work under pressure
• Honest, detail-oriented, good teamwork, strong analytical and problem solving
