CLIENT FACING ACCOUNTANT / BOOKKEEPER

  • A Master’s degree in Law and an active advocate license recognized by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
  • Extensive experience in commercial law, particularly with foreign investments in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments for multiple clients.
  • Maintain complete and organized financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and supporting documents.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and client use.
  • Reconcile client bank accounts, accounts receivable / payable, and other financial schedules.
  • Handle accounting for property‑related transactions, such as asset depreciation, rental income, and property cost tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of LKPM (Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal) reports in accordance with OSS guidelines.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather investment realization and manpower data for LKPM reporting.
  • Support the finance and tax teams during monthly and annual tax reporting periods for both clients and the Company (e.g., providing accurate data, reconciliations, and supporting documents).
  • Ensure all financial data and reports comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tax, advisory, legal and compliance) to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information.
  • Assist clients during audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with both local and international clients in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all financial matters.
Qualifications and Skills

1. Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Professional Licensing:

  • Relevant professional certifications
  • Brevet A + B

3. Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a consulting or multi‑client environment.

4. Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with property accounting and LKPM reporting is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Accurate and / or Xero.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel.

5. Interpersonal and Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for drafting documents and engaging effectively with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency (written and verbal) preferred.

6. Cultural Competence:

  • Deep understanding of Indonesian business practices and cultural nuances, critical for advising foreign clients and facilitating their integration into the local market.

7. Adaptability and Problem Solving:

  • Ability to adapt to changing statutory and business environments, providing proactive solutions to challenges faced by clients.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet strict deadlines.

Salary Package:

The Junior Accountant role at TraceWorthy offers a competitive salary package designed to reward both experience and expertise. The package includes a base salary of IDR 5,000,000 to IDR 7,000,000 per month, with additional benefits to ensure a comprehensive compensation plan.
