A tech company in Indonesia is seeking a dependable Part-Time Remote Accountant/Bookkeeper. Responsibilities include payroll processing, BPJS administration, and handling employee insurance. Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping in Indonesia.
  • Strong knowledge of BPJS and PPh 21.
  • Must be organized and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate PPh 21 and prepare monthly payslips.
  • Manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan enrollment and contributions.
  • Handle employee and company insurance documentation and claims.
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and expenses.
  • Prepare company monthly/quarterly LKPM and annual tax reports.

About the role

PT Acadtech Inc islooking for a dependable Part‑Time Remote Accountant/Bookkeeper who has strong experience in Indonesian payroll processing, BPJS administration, PPh 21 calculations, and employee/company insurance handling. This role will support our finance operations and ensure accurate compliance with Indonesian labor and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate PPh 21 and prepare monthly payslips.
  • Manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan enrollment, updates, and monthly contributions.
  • Handle employee and company insurance documentation, premium payments, and claims coordination.
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank statements, receipts, and expenses.
  • Manage JHT, JP, JKK, and JKM contributions.
  • Handle Healthcare Kesehatan and Medical Insurance processing.
  • Administer Tepera House Saving requirements.
  • Prepare company monthly/quarterly LKPM and annual tax reports.
  • Monthly work time: approximately 2–8 hours.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and reports.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping in Indonesia.
  • Strong knowledge of BPJS, PPh 21
  • Proficient with Excel and/or accounting software (Accurate, , etc.).
