Aston International Hotels is a leading hotel management company, specializing in providing premium hotel accommodations in Makkah and Madinah for Umrah pilgrims. With branches in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Indonesia, we are committed to delivering exceptional services to our guests during their spiritual journeys. We are currently expanding our Sales Team in Indonesia and are seeking passionate individuals to join us in promoting our offerings for Umrah Agents.

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant who understands the unique financial landscape of the wholesale travel and hospitality industry. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our financial records, ensuring accurate tracking of receivables and payables related to bulk hotel bookings, and managing multi‑currency transactions.

Transaction Management: Process and reconcile high-volume B2B transactions, including bulk hotel room purchases and sales.

Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivable (AR): Manage the timely processing of payments to hotel partners and ensure accurate collection of funds from travel agencies/clients.

Contract Accounting: Track financial obligations and revenue recognition related to long‑term hotel contracts and allotment agreements.

Reconciliation: Conduct detailed reconciliation of bank statements, supplier statements, and client accounts, with a focus on clearing discrepancies related to high‑volume reservations.

Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements specific to wholesale performance.

Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with local regulations and tax requirements (e.g., VAT management on services).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven accounting experience, preferably within the Travel, Hospitality, or Wholesale B2B sector.

System Proficiency: Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions are a must).

Specialized Knowledge (Crucial):

Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles in the service industry.

Experience with multi‑currency transactions and foreign exchange reconciliation is highly desirable.
