About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Accounting Leader to join the team at PT YonMing Indonesia, a leading company in the commercial vehicle automotive industry. In this full‑time position based in North Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's accounting and reporting processes.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising, solution providing and coordinating the work of the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Reviewing and approving all journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end closing processes
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
• Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision‑making
• Participating in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Supervising and training junior members of the accounting team
