Job description

Review original vouchers for daily economic transactions (e.g., revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, etc.) to ensure they are legal, compliant, complete, and aligned with company financial policies and Indonesian tax regulations.

Prepare accurate accounting entries based on verified vouchers, handling daily financial processing (including bank reconciliation, accounts receivable/payable recording, fixed asset depreciation, tax calculations, etc.).

Conduct regular reconciliations for key accounts such as bank accounts, receivables/payables, and inventory, prepare balance adjustment statements, and follow up on discrepancies to ensure alignment between records and actual balances.

Manage accounting for fixed assets and intangible assets, including initial recording, depreciation/amortization, inventory checks, and disposal-related entries.

2. Financial Statements & Tax Management

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and internal management reports) accurately and on time, ensuring logical consistency and timely submission to supervisors for review.

Assist with monthly/quarterly/yearly tax filings (e.g., VAT (PPN), Corporate Income Tax (PPh), Withholding Tax, etc.), ensuring timely and accurate payments to avoid tax compliance risks.

Support tax planning efforts by collecting tax-related documents (e.g., invoices, contracts) and collaborating with external auditors or tax authorities during inspections.

Stay updated on changes in Indonesian tax and accounting regulations, adjusting accounting processes accordingly to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest laws.
