Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a Finance-Billing professional to manage receivables and hospital billing workflow at TB Simatupang. The role emphasizes accurate data handling, reporting, and supporting doctor compensation calculations.

Eligible candidates have a Finance/Accounting background with Excel proficiency; prior hospital experience is preferred, and confidentiality is paramount. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with placement at TB Simatupang hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/banking or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field, preferably in a hospital environment; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidential financial data.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Willing to be placed at Siloam Hospitals TB Simatupang.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all receivables, including billing patients, to ensure timely payments.
• Bookkeeping of payments from guarantor company bills and ensure data used as billing reference is up-to-date.
• Collect required data and/or create reports related to operational activities for superiors.
• Pull and verify data based on service transaction codes to ensure doctors are compensated for their services.
• Distribute specialist doctor income reports.

• Bookkeeping of payments from guarantor company bills and ensuring existing data is the latest data to be used as a billing reference.
• Collect required data and/or create reports related to operational activities to be reported to superiors.
• Pulling and verifying data based on the service transaction code when the patient visits to ensure the doctor gets compensation according to his services and action
• Distribute specialist doctor income reports

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially in hospitals environment is required for this position, fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Able to communicate and work well in a team
