Responsibilities
  • Hit yearly sales targets through renewals, upselling, and new customers.
  • Find and qualify potential clients; understand their needs and decision process.
  • Meet with customers to learn about their business goals and challenges.
  • Prepare and present proposals, product demos, and pricing offers; negotiate and close deals.
  • Update and manage sales data in CRM; create simple sales reports.
  • Watch market trends and competitors to find new business opportunities.
  • Build and keep good relationships with customers and partners.
  • Work with technical and product teams to deliver the best solutions.
  • Be a trusted advisor who gives helpful and practical recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager in Telecom or ICT.
  • Experience selling Telco, Network, or IT services.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and networking (router, switch, connectivity).
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Active and proactive personality able to lead discussions, not just follow orders.
  • Organized, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to make proposals, pricing, and simple reports.
  • Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
  • Hardworking, responsive, and able to manage many tasks at once.
