Account Manager / Sales B2B for IT Distribution Division (Project). Handles sales duties focused on selling IT products within the Project Division, searches for new projects, creates, develops and manages key accounts, maintains long‑term relationships, and maximizes sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Find and manage new customers or end users (B2B) and sell IT Project products (tender or direct) for product and solution division.
- Create and execute sales and marketing strategy.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, visits, negotiations and dealings; create, develop and sell to new customers.
- Negotiate, tender and communicate with new customers, partners or principals to achieve assigned quarterly gross profit targets.
- Build and manage the overall customer relationship and act as the PIC of contact.
- Focus on growing and developing existing customers, generating new coverage and sales.
- Achieve sales through direct sales to end users.
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
- Maintain sales target orientation, aggressiveness, and initiative.
Qualifications
- Own a vehicle (motor/car) and laptop.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Sales Project IT Product.
- Own database / customer list coverage from existing account (own networking) is a must (End User/Project).
- Strong background and experience in tender process & creating projects from beginning to end.
- Ability to communicate in English both oral and written (active) and Mandarin (passive).
- Computer skills (Ms. Office, Ms. Outlook, Internet, etc).
- Able to work independently as well as in a team; self‑motivated.
- Willing to work in West Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area (Head Office) and ready for business trips outside Jabodetabek area for projects.
