Job Description:
Achieve personal or branch sales targets according to the targets set by the company with high profitability on Corporate Financing (Heavy Equipment/Factoring/Working Capital).
Ensure credit approval has a low level of risk to the level of security and optimal loan repayment in accordance with credit approval matrix.
Manage the good relationship with customers and suppliers to provide the best financial solution.
Ensure the credit acquisition process is prudent to maintain a good asset quality.
Handle heavy equipment financing and corporate debtors.
Manage and achieve business target estimated minimum 100 Bio/year.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same field as Senior marketing.
Have a good knowledge in leasing and multi-finance industry is preferable.
Good credit analysis, quick response, and service orientation.
Good in English, negotiation skill, selling skill and account management.
