  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with customers
  • Understand client business goals and identify opportunities for IT solutions
  • Present, propose, and sell IT products and services (e.g., cloud, software, networking, cybersecurity, managed services)
  • Collaborate with technical, pre‑sales, and delivery teams to design and implement solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
  • Monitor account performance, renewals, and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations when necessary
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and account plans
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in IT solutions
