A leading food technology company is seeking a motivated sales professional to join their team in Surabaya. Responsibilities include expanding customer base, managing sales budgets, and delivering presentations on products. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical, or Pharmacy, with good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Fresh graduates are welcome. Actively seek out new customers and opportunities to expand sales revenue
Develop and execute Strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth
Defend and grow existing sales
Manage project pipeline, ensuring to achieve sales budget
Deliver product and concept presentations to prospective customers
Collaborate effectively with various internal teams to win projects
Market insight and innovation.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree of Food science / Chemical / Pharmacy
Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
Bahasa Indonesia with sufficient proficiency in English.
Mandarin speaker is highly preferred but not essential.
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel), Familiar with CRM software,
Good communication and presentation skill
Driver licence (SIM) A with good driving record
Placement in Surabaya and surrounding areas
Willing to travel within Indonesia as required.
