The Group’s main business in Indonesia has historically been the defense domain, where Thales is a long-term provider of defense systems for the Indonesian Army and Navy. Thales has demonstrated a strong commitment to working collaboratively with the Indonesian government and local stakeholders. Recently, there has been increased interest in Thales' civil solutions, especially in transportation and air traffic control. With growing infrastructure development in Indonesia, Thales expects opportunities in transportation and security domains.

MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Build the Account Plan: Define the account strategy and align it with customer and internal stakeholders by understanding customer expectations, monitoring competitors, identifying strategic initiatives, and supporting growth opportunities.
  2. Orchestrate and network: Share customer insights, align the account team, support sales actions, update CRM data, and address customer satisfaction issues.
  3. Act as “One face to the customer”: Maximize customer satisfaction, build trust and loyalty, develop group order intake, and drive strategic initiatives.

  • Extensive exposure to the customer industry
