Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Indonesia’s mid‑market segment (companies with 100–1000 employees).
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders across industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, and education.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored hardware solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to Lenovo’s growth in the region.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in computer hardware, IT solutions, or tech distribution.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s mid‑market landscape and regional business dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Ability to work independently and travel across regions as needed.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
