Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of client projects, from kickoff to completion.
  • Oversee project timelines, scope, expectations, and risk mitigation to ensure smooth execution.
  • Lead weekly status meetings and handle all project-related communication and approvals.
  • Coordinate internal execution teams by providing clear briefs, context, and requirements.
  • Review all deliverables to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality before sending to clients.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports and highlight insights or next steps.
  • Identify potential risks, blockers, or client concerns early and resolve/escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Account Executive team on account health and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the entire service lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management within a digital agency or services environment.

  • Strong communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and de-escalate issues.

  • Proven experience overseeing digital projects (SEO, web development, creative projects, or tech implementation).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and project streams simultaneously.

  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
