Job description
Account Management Assistant Manager (English & Mandarin Speaker)

Plan, develop and execute a business plan to protect and grow existing customer revenue.

Develop the existing customer potential in line with the strategic plan and increase customer satisfaction.

Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships and establish and maintain effective relationships with the customer.

Gets first‑hand customer information and uses it for improvements.

Propose quotation based on cost model provided.

Ensure payment terms are adhered to penetrate the DMU.

Coordinate with all Customer, been the channel and contact person, earn customer satisfaction.

Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.

Calculate and analysis the profitability based on the cost provided.

Presenting and conducting business negotiations.

Coordinate with operational teams where required to address customer requirements.

Undertake account analysis to identify trends in customer activity, track sales stages and identify opportunities.

Deal with and report emergency issues related to management.

Other assignments given by the management / direct superior.

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree or above.

Have an experience in a logistic company is a PLUS, especially customers with 3PL services Inquiry + Freight Forwarding.

Able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Proficiency in English & Mandarin is a MUST.

Certified in HSK 5-6 is a PLUS.

Great networks of customers.

Goal oriented and able to work under pressure.

Good analytical, planning & reporting skills.
