A leading sportswear company in Jakarta is seeking an Account Executive to manage partner relationships and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in account management or retail, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and excellent customer service skills are a must. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful product launch and sales execution. Competitive compensation is offered.
In this role, the Account Executive will report to the Account Director and be a part of the larger Nike Southeast Asia and India (SEA&I) Sales team. This role will work closely with several cross functional teams within Nike such as merchandising, planning, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business continuity. This role will be based in Jakarta with regular connections to one of Nike’s retail partners at a Head Office level.
The Account Executive will work as part of the Nike SEA&I team to support and drive the day-to-day partner management, strategy execution, Go To Market (GTM) excellence and in season management with a consumer led focus.
The Account Executive will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies, stay current on product and product changes and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.
As an Account Executive, you will drive your partner or account portfolio’s engagement, growth and profitability in line with Nike’s overall strategy. You will achieve this by leading the cross-functional account team through Go-To-Market activities and managing the in-season execution, delivering seasonal commercial targets and identifying incremental growth opportunities.
