A dynamic marketing firm located in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, and excellent communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with a motivated team to achieve sales goals.
Identify, target, and reach out to new potential clients who fit the company's target profile.
Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and utilizing leads provided by the Marketing team.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting, presentation, negotiation, through to closing the deal.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with acquired clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.
Act as the client's main point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction with the purchased product or service.
Understand specific client needs and propose the most relevant product solutions to achieve their business goals.
Achieve individual sales targets (quotas) set by management.
Develop professional and accurate sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Record and update all sales activities, prospect statuses, and client information in the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) regularly.
Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on the sales pipeline, progress, and challenges.
Minimum [Bachelor's/Diploma] degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum [2-3] years of experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar sales role, preferably in the [Specify Industry, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, Financial Services] industry.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Able to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Proficient in negotiation and objection handling.
Target-driven, proactive, and possesses a strong work ethic to achieve goals.
Capable of working independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
