As an Account Executive at our rental business, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow the customer base by approaching new corporate and individual clients.
  • Present and offer the best car rental solutions to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and service.
  • Support billing and follow up on payment collection.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is a plus, especially in car rental, automotive, or logistics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
