Overview
Actively prospect, pitch, and close deals with new B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, nightlife and lifestyle outlets).
Drive consistent sales growth and meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Execute product placement and ensure distribution expansion across assigned regions.
Negotiate contracts, trading terms, margin structures, and promotional deals to maximize profitability.
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships with key accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to maximize product availability and visibility.
- Provide tailored solutions to clients to ensure business continuity and satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels, order frequency, and prevent bad stock or overstocking.
Market Execution and Closing
- Ensure effective product visibility and availability at all touchpoints.
- Implement promotional activities, bundling, and consumer sampling to accelerate sell-out.
- Close direct deals with decision-makers at outlet, distributor, or retail level.
- Secure listings with major retail chains, duty-free, and modern trade outlets.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and closing ratios for management review.
- Monitor competitors’ activity and provide actionable insights for market positioning.
- Track and report on ROI of promotions, trade deals, and activations.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in sales distribution, account management, or nightlife industry. From tobacco, e-cigarette, alcohol industry are really welcome.
- Strong knowledge of nightlife culture and consumer behavior in Jakarta or Bali: Denpasar, Kuta, Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu, Nusa Penida, Kuta Lombok, Gili Island & Sumba or tourist area.
- Well-connected with key stakeholders in nightlife outlets (owners, managers, promoters, DJs, influencers).
- Proven ability to drive sales and execute activation programs.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willing to travel within assigned areas.
