Account Executive for Industrial Laboratory (Jakarta and Surabaya positions are available)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets through new customer acquisition and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Analyze sales trends, market behavior, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and develop business potential. Master various aspects of the business such as pricing, logistics, technical support, and product marketing.

Organize product promotions, regular visits, and presentations to convey product information and attract potential customers.

Respond quickly to customer needs via email, WhatsApp, etc., handle complaints, and negotiate prices and sales terms. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to obtain feedback.

Manage customer and prospect databases to build long-term relationships and provide appropriate solutions, including organizing customer databases.

Ensure that the sales process, from quotation to delivery, is carried out on time and according to procedure, and coordinate with relevant teams, including providing necessary information and coordinating with relevant departments.

Prepare and submit sales reports regularly (daily, weekly, monthly) to superiors to ensure target achievement and strategy evaluation.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology), or related fields.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a related industry.

Proficient in MS Office and English.

Interest in sales and marketing, as well as knowledge of laboratory and medical equipment.

Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and the ability to close sales.

Able to work independently, results‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Good interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and sales closing abilities, and able to work with various types of customers.

Owns a personal vehicle.

Experience in using software or other systems.

Customer satisfaction‑oriented and proactive in finding solutions and improving efficiency.
