Account Executive (Commercial Public - Surabaya)

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, driving the sales of Roche diagnostic solutions, and ensuring that healthcare professionals and institutions receive the highest level of service and support.

Your Opportunity
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for Roche Diagnostic products.
  • Engage with physicians, clinics, laboratories, and hospitals to promote diagnostic solutions that support specialized therapeutic and patient care areas.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to customers, ensuring appropriate product usage and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Identify business opportunities through analysis of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate account information and sales reports in accordance with company policies.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or related healthcare industry, with strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.
  • Proven track record in solution selling, relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills, with intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proactive, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
