The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field. Account Executives play a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth through merchant development. You’ll build partnerships, offer consultative solutions, onboard new merchants, and address their evolving needs. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, supporting local sales initiatives, and ensuring smooth operational and administrative processes — all while continuing to sharpen your commercial and relationship-building skills.
As an Account Executive, you’ll report to the Area Sales Manager and operate within a designated area under the Regional Operations team. You’ll work closely with the Regional Sales team, including Merchant Strategy and Sales Support, and collaborate across streams such as Operations and User Growth to optimize results.
Your main focus will be building strong relationships with assigned merchants — visiting regularly to understand their needs, provide tailored advice, and help them grow their business.
