Role Summary & Responsibility:
- Conduct sales and promotional activities for Accu-Chek/NPC products in retail/HCP channels (pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals).
- Perform customer visits and product detailing to healthcare professionals.
- Manage product availability, stock monitoring, and visibility in assigned territories.
- Execute tactical marketing activities and field activation in coordination with distributor team.

Position Summary: This dual-role opportunity combines Smart Machinery Solutions BD with local operational leadership. The successful candidate will have strong domain knowledge in machinery (Excavator, Tractor, Harvester, Heavy Truck, etc.) and Digital solutions, excel in new business development with value‑based consultation, and be capable of coordinating on‑site activities while developing strategic relationships with both clients and local contractors in the Forestry ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of mechanical and digital solutions in the Smart Manufacturing sector, with emphasis on Forestry industry.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales/BD with a proven track record in mechanical systems and industrial solutions.
- In-depth domain knowledge of machinery and digital products/solutions is essential.
- Experience in digital transformation, IIoT, or smart manufacturing is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of Forestry operation processes and Riau's commercial environment.
