Job summary

An IT Training & Solution-Provider firm is seeking a dedicated individual for account management and sales responsibilities. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, achieving sales targets, and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the field, preferably in the IT or Professional Education industry, and possess strong communication and presentation skills. Located in Jakarta, candidates should be prepared for an onsite interview process.

Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and exploit new market opportunities as well as manage relationships with existing ones.

Focus on achieving sales target in alignment with the organization's objectives.

Develop and manage accounts to performance.

Keep up to date with product knowledge and selling skills.

Maintain a close relationship and understand clients' business needs.

Good track record will be required.

Requirements:

Capable and experienced in managing accounts and work with strong work‑ethics—understand professional selling process well and able to plan and manage accounts.

Disciplined individuals with winning attitude—willing to work hard/smart to success.

Have significant experience in IT or Professional IT Education or training industry with solid B2B business background (must have accounts).

Preferably have experience in managing sales team.

Good communication and presentation skills, self‑driven and highly motivated with good initiative and execution skills.

Minimal 3–5 years experience in similar position.

Preferably at least D3 in Marketing or Computer Science.
