Qualifications
  • Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A)
  • MUST HAVE minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • In-depth product knowledge and the ability to clearly communicate product benefits to clients.
  • Able to tailor sales approaches based on customer needs and product features.
  • Well-mannered and well-groomed, with a tidy appearance.
  • Proficiency in English will be a plus point.
  • Willing to work at Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat
Responsibilities
  • Develop sales plans for a 1–3 month period in accordance with the targets set by the Sales Department Manager.
  • Carry out sales activities for a 1–3 month period in line with the targets set by the Sales Department Manager.
  • Acquire new customers through various methods such as visits, telemarketing, etc.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase loyalty.
  • Provide customer service by being easily accessible, assisting customers with shipment tracking.
  • Gather customer insights regarding market growth opportunities, new products, and packaging according to customer demand and market trends.
