Job description

To become primary focal point based in Indonesia on stakeholders operations specific in execution of A400M Program milestones in Indonesia.

Primary Responsibilities

To assist local coordination of A400M Program according to the allocated budget and guidelines

To work closely with other heads of departments in Airbus Indonesia; specifically on HR and Finance to improve program operations efficiency

To ensure compliance with all relevant local and international laws (not limited to Export Control) regarding operational side of A400M Program, such as data management and safety standards.

To support relationships with suppliers, clients, customers and other stakeholders and provides a point of escalation for any customer service issue that arise.

Primary Duties

To work closely with Airbus Indonesia ADS KAM, ensuring deliverables towards products are in tack and in time. Supporting functional areas: Key Account, Program Team and Customer

Coordinate with A400M Program Managers in the implementation and support activities to be performed in Indonesia

Coordinate local process at the company and institutional level to ensure that all aspects of production are operating as efficiently as possible

Ensuring that all relevant legislation and MoD procedures and best practices are adhered, including Export Control regulations in country

Ensuring that the business has the personnel and resources needed to meet the defined strategic targets

Presenting reports to internal and external stakeholders

As adhoc to coordinate capacity planning and for productivity analysis with the aim of improving performance. Manage the personnel, services and processes that ensure the local organization's success upon arrival of Ho MOB in country

Records and Filling All necessary documents relevant to the program

Work closely with variety of internal and external customers to assist with the development of program implementation strategy to achieve designated timeline

Coordinate with ADS key account team and leadership team for the region and central to assist preparation of Program Implementation to customer and the documentation required to obtain internal approval in support of Program Campaigns.

Work closely with the customer relations and relevant government / stakeholders units to coordinate visit agendas as required to support implementation program and support meeting organization logistics.

Assist Country Director with program operations of the organization such as preparation for staff meetings, executive visits, offsite presentations, special event, budget development/internal approval, budget monitoring

Ensure all process of exchanges both internal and external are compliance with Airbus Policies, Procedures and Requirements with especial focus on Ethics and Compliance.

Locally coordinate Export Control actions with the aim of supporting the achievement of needed Licenses and administrative and legal processes

Follow-up and ensure timely closure of actions both internally (local scope) and with customer (MoD, IDAF)

Professional skills

Graduates on Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Management, Aeronautical Engineer

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia

Having Experience in exchanges with Military or Governments institutions is a must.

Having ability for proficiency in English both writing and speaking is a must, able to speak Spanish is additional benefit

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload and multi-task effectively

A methodical approach to planning workloads with problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks to tight deadlines
